All bidding activities, including placing bids, bidding conflicts, and resolving disputes, are between you and the auction organizer. SPL Auction is not responsible for the bidding process, auction outcome, or any issues that may arise during the auction.

  • Auction Rules: Each auction on the SPL Auction platform may have its own rules and conditions set by the individual organizer. You are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the specific terms and rules of each auction you participate in. These rules may include the auction start time, bidding increments, reserve prices, and other relevant terms.

  • Winning Bid: SPL Auction does not guarantee the availability or delivery of any items won in an auction. The terms of the sale, including payment, delivery, and disputes, are the responsibility of the auction organizer and the winning bidder.
